摘要
通过拉伸实验、硬度测试及显微观察等方法对经不同热处理4043铝合金试样焊接接头处的组织和力学性能进行研究。结果表明,经550℃固溶强化2 h,170℃下时效处理6 h后,4043铝合金焊接接头屈服强度提高106%,抗拉强度提高55%。
The effect of heat treatment process on the microstructure and mechanical propert ies of 4043 aluminum alloy welding joints were studied by tensile test, hardness test, and microstructure observation. The results show that the yield strength of 4043 aluminum alloy welding joint is increased by 106%, and the tensile strength is increased by 55% after solution strengthening at 550 ℃ for 2 h and aging treatment at 170 ℃for 6 h.
