摘要
以奥氏体低碳镍-钼-铬合金材料为研究对象,研究了该材料焊接接头和母材的平均腐蚀速率和显微硬度。结果表明,提高焊接接头中铬含量和充分利用焊接过程中的热循环固熔是提高焊缝耐晶间腐蚀性能的有效手段。
With the austenitic low-carbon nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy as research object, the average corrosion rate and microhardness of welded joint and base material were investigated. The results show that increasing chromium content of welded joint and making full use of thermal cycles to solution treatment are effective to improve the intergranular corrosion resistance of the weld seam.
