摘要 研究了的热处理工艺对30MnSi和30MnSiV钢筋力学性能和延迟断裂行为的影响。结果表明,提高钢棒的回火温度,钢筋的耐延迟断裂性能得到提高;钢筋中V的加入可以弥散析出VC或V(CN)作为第二相,起到细化晶粒和弥散强化的作用,从而改善钢棒的耐延迟断裂能力。 The effect of the heat-treatment process on the mechanical properties and delayed fracture behaviors of the steel bar 30MnSi and 30MnSiV was investigated. The results show that the delayed fracture resistance of steel bar is improved when the tempering temperature is elevated. The addition of V can disperse precipitation of the second phase VC or V(CN), which can refine the grain and strengthening the steel, and thus the delayed fracture resistance of the steel bar is improved.
