摘要
通过分析焊条电弧焊的生产工艺、焊条及母材成分和焊接时空气介质的变化,并结合生产工艺过程、职业卫生管理措施和现场作业环境,全面识别和评价焊条电弧焊的职业病危害因素。同时根据焊条电弧焊的职业病危害因素特点,提出降低其污染源水平、控制传播途径和加强工人个体防护等具体措施,控制焊条电弧焊的职业危害。
By analyzing the manufacturing processes of arc welding, composition of welding rod and base metal and change of air medium during welding, and combining with the production process, the management measures of occupational health and opera- tional environment, comprehensively identifies and evaluates the occupational hazard factors of shielded metal arc welding ( SMAW). According to the characteristics of occupational hazard factors in shielded metal arc welding ( SMAW ), point out the measures to reduce the level of pollution sources, control of transmission and strengthen individual protection of workers and so on in order to control the occupational hazards of SMAW.
