摘要
通过对焊接车间作业区工作环境的全面分析,指出传统的防止焊接气溶胶危害的方法———安装壁式排气扇及佩戴防护口罩不能从根本上排除气溶胶做上升运动使工人吸入有害物质的风险。地下嵌入式排气系统设计方案使气溶胶以最短路径做下降运动并排出车间,有效地减少了气溶胶与焊接工人脸部的接触,从而将焊接气溶胶对焊工的危害降到最低,改善了整个车间的工作环境。在此设计方案的基础上,结合国家相关规定,依据能量守恒定律得出排气泵的输出功率计算公式。
This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the work environment of the welding operations.The conclusion is that the traditional methods to prevent aerosol hazards-install wall exhaust fans and wear protective respirators cannot fundamentally prevent the risks of the rising of the aerosols that cause the workers inhale harmful substances.Underground embedded exhaust system design could make the aerosols do drop movement along the shortest path and then exhaust out of the workshop,effectively reduce the aerosol contact with the face of the welder,thus minimize the hazards to the welders and finally effectively improved the work environment of the entire workshop.Based on this design,combined with the relevant provisions of the country and the law of conservation of energy,we drew the output power calculation formula of the suction pump.
