摘要
方法学的改进必然促进科学的发展。以往忽视方法学研究,影响中医快速发展。目标管理是一种系统管理方式,已在医学领域广泛应用;在尪痹病证诊断疗效标准应用具有典型意义,包含目标体系、实施手段、疗效评价(证候赋分体系、量表学)等;循证医学理念、视觉模拟刻度法、数字分级法、Wong-Bake脸、Likert等级评定等丰富了疗效评价的内涵。在中医理论指导下,借鉴量表学的科学方法,编制中医辨证量表,是实现证候量化诊断可行的研究思路。在中医证候诊断量表的制定过程中,四诊条目的科学分级及合理量化是保证量表信度和效度的前提和基础。目标管理在中医风湿病领域的引入,必将促进中医风湿病的发展,促进中医现代化发展。
Improvement of methodology will promote the development of science.Before people ignore the methodological study, hinder the development of traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM ） .Management by objective is a system management mode, has been to used in many fields in Western medicine.The use of Management by Objective to evaluation of Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and therapeutic effect of Wangbi （ RA ） has the typical significance.It contains the target system, the means of implementation, evaluation of curative effect （syndrome score system, scale, etc. ） .Under the guidance of TCM theory, from the scale methodology, formulate Wangbi TCM scale is the feasible research ideas of implementation of Quantized Diagnosis of TCM syndrome and efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine. In the process of formulate of the TCM diagnostic scale, diagnostic purposes of scientific classification and reasonable quantification is the basis and prerequisite for ensuring the reliability and the validity.The principle of evidence-based medicine, visual analog scale method, classification, Wong-Bake face, Likert rating, enriched the connotation of efficacy evaluation.The use of Management by Objective in TCM rheumatism field is necessary for development of TCM rheumatism, promoting the modernization of TCM.
