摘要
应用流体力学理论获得了热压接模型,研究续接压力、温度、时间等因素对续接性能的影响。采用玻璃纤维织物/酚醛树脂预浸带(664/B30)进行续接实验验证。结果表明:随续接压力增大、温度升高以及续接时间和长度的增加预浸带续接性能提高,符合理论分析结果。
The hot-press fast-bonded model was deduced using fluid mechanics. Influence of main parameters, such as hot-press pressure, hot-press temperature, hot-press time, etc, on bonding capability was analyzed. The hot-press bonding experiments were carried out to analyze the factors of pressure, temperature, time and lap length for glass fiber fabric/phenolic resin prepreg(664/B30). The results show that the bonding performance of prepreg increases with the increasing of pressure, temperature, time and lap length, and which agrees with theoretical prediction well.
