摘要
[目的]了解太原市居民对医患关系认知现状及其影响因素,为构建和谐医患关系提供信息。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析、Pearson相关、秩和检验以及Logistic回归模型进行统计分析。[结果]1有19.4%的居民认为太原市当前医患关系不和谐;文化程度与居民对医患关系认识成正相关。272.0%的研究对象表示信任医生,对医务人员服务态度满意度达到78.2%。3太原市医患关系的影响因素主要是医疗体制(33.9%)、医务人员因素(28.1%)、院方因素(19.6%)和患者因素(15.6%)。[结论]太原市医患关系相对比较紧张,医患关系主要影响因素为医务人员服务态度、收受红包、医院管理和国家医疗体制。
Objective To know the awareness status and influence factors of reaction to doctor-patient relationship by the residents in Taiyuan so as to provide information for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. Methods Questionnaire survey was by convenience sampling, statistical analysis was by descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, rank sum test and Logistic regression model. Results （1） 19.4% of residents thought that the current doctor-patient relationship was disharmony in Taiyuan. The awareness of the doctor-patient relationship was positive correlation in residents＇ education background. （2） 72.0% of the subjects trusted doctors, the satisfaction degree to medical staffs＇ service that reached 78.2%. （3） The main influence factors of doctor-patient relationship were medical care system （33.9%）, medical staffs（28.1%）,hospitals（19.6%） and patients（15.6%）. Conclusions The doctorpatient relationship was relatively strain. The main influence factors of doctorpatient relations were medical staffs service attitude, red envelope acceptance, hospitals management and national medical health care system.
