摘要 急性呼吸道感染是世界范围内的常见疾病,呼吸道病毒是其主要的致病病原体。近年来,呼吸道病毒的检测方法日益广泛,培养法作为病毒检测方法中的"金标准",也有了多方面的发展。该文综述了传统呼吸道病毒培养法及新兴方法,如病毒离心培养法、Pre-CPE检测、混合细胞培养法及转基因细胞培养法。这些新方法提高了呼吸道病毒培养法的效率及灵敏度,提高了该方法的实用性,将促进新型呼吸道病毒的发现。 Acute respiratory tract infection is a common clinical disease in the world, and respiratory virus is the most important pathogen. In recent years, the detection method of respiratory virus is developing rapidly, as the " gold standard" of virus detection method, isolated culture method has developed in many aspects. Here is to summarize the traditional and newly developed respiratory detection methods, such as viral centrifugation culture and pre-CPE detection ,virus isolation in co-cultured cells, and virus isolation in transgenic cell lines. These new methods have improved the efficiency,sensitivity and practicability of respiratory virus culture method, which will also promote the discovery of new type of respiratory viruses.
