摘要
目的:重点分析了健康投资结构属性对居民收入增长影响的地区及城乡差异。方法:建立面板双固定模型,利用1997—2011年省际面板数据进行实证分析。结果:中国健康投资存在地区及城乡之间的结构性失衡问题。结论:基于提高居民收入水平以及缩小地区和城乡之间的收入差距,医疗改革应该从优化健康投资结构及减轻农民的医疗负担着手。
Objective： It emphasis on analyzing the regions where health investment structure nature influenced the resident income growth and the differences between urban and rural areas. Methods： It builds panel double fixed model, using 1997-2011 provincial panel data to process empirical analysis. Results： China health investment is structural imbalaneed between urban and rural areas. Conclusion： To improve the level of income and reducing the income gap between rural and urban areas, the rural health reform should optimize the health investment structure and reduce the medical burden of farmers.
