以着火活化能变化为指标的优选煤自燃阻化剂研究 被引量:28

摘要 为解决目前煤矿阻化剂防灭火时存在的许多煤矿使用同一种阻化剂但是效果不同、达不到理想效果的问题,采用热重(TG)试验和热解动力学方法,以天池矿102工作面的煤样为例,对煤在3种阻化剂阻化前后进行TG试验。将煤氧化自燃过程分为失水失重、氧化增重和燃烧失重3个阶段,并将煤氧化增重阶段的活化能定义为煤的着火活化能,计算煤样氧化3个阶段的活化能。采用以煤阻化前后的着火活化能的变化为评价指标的阻化剂优选方法,优选出适用于天池煤矿的阻化剂。结果表明:阻化剂主要在煤低温氧化阶段起阻化作用,能使煤的失水活化能和着火活化能显著提高;对燃烧活化能几乎无影响;不同阻化剂对煤氧化3个阶段的活化能影响差异较大。 Aiming at the problem that many coal mines use the same kind of inhibitor for fire prevention and extinguishment with different effects and no ideal inhibiting effect, TG experiments were made on coal samples of 102 working face in Tianchi mine, before and after the samples being inhibited by three kinds of inhibitors-A, B, C. The process of coal oxidation was divided into three phases, which are calefactive- evaporated-alleviative phase, calefactive-weight incremental oxidation phase and calefactive-combustion- alleviative phase. The activation energy in coal calefactive-weight incremental oxidation phase was defined as coal ignition activation energy. Activation energies of three phases of coal oxidation were calculated. It was observed that inhibitors mainly take effect in coal low-temperature oxidation phase, obviously increas- ing evaporation activation energy and ignition activation energy, that inhibitors almost have no effect on coal combustion activation energy, and that there are great differences in the effects of different inhibitors on activation energy in three phases of coal oxidation. An optimal selection method was worked out for inhibitors with variation in coal ignition activation energy caused by use of inhibitor as evaluation index. An optimum inhibitor was selected for Tianchi mine coal.
