摘要
目的研究观察腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者胃肠激素指标的影响程度.方法选取2011年8月至2013年11月于内江市第一人民医院进行胃癌根治术治疗的74例患者为研究对象,将74例患者根据手术方式分为对照组(常规开腹手术组)37例和观察组(腹腔镜手术组)37例,然后将2组患者术前及术后1 d、3 d及5 d的血清胃泌素族、促胰液素族及其他胃肠激素指标进行检测与比较.结果观察组术后1 d、3 d及5 d的血清GAS、MTL、GIP及SP、SS、NPY水平均高于对照组,血清GLU、VIP及CCK则低于对照组,且观察组术后的血清GAS、MTL、GIP及SP、SS、NPY水平低于术前,血清GLU、VIP及CCK则高于术前,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论腹腔镜胃癌根治术对患者胃肠激素指标的影响明显小于传统开腹手术,且恢复相对较快.
Objective To investigate and observe the influence of laparoseopic radical resection of gastric cancer on the gastrointestinal hormone indexes of patients. Methods 74 patients with radical resection of gastric cancer in our hospital from August 2011 to November 2013 were selected as the study object, and 74 patients were divided into control group （conventional open operation group） and observation group （laparoscopie operation group） by the different operation types, 37 cases in each group. Then the serum gastrin family, secretin family and other gastrointestinal hormone indexes of two groups before the operation and at 1st, 3rd and 5th day after the operation were detected and compared. Results The serum levels of GAS, MTL, GIP and SP, SS, NPY of observation group at 1st, 3rd and 5th day after the operation were all higher than those of control group, the serum levels of GLU, VIP and CCK were lower than those of control group, and the serum levels of GAS, MTL, GIP and SP, SS, NPY of observation group after the operation were lower than those before the operation, and the serum levels of GLU, VIP and CCK were higher than those before the operation, all P〈0.05, there were all significant differences. Conclusion The influence of laparoscopic radical resection of gastric cancer on the gastrointestinal hormone indexes of patients is less than conventional open operation, and the recovery of patients are relatively faster.
