摘要
通过研究页岩气水平井水泥胶结影响因素,结合现有常规固井质量评价方法经对比分析,形成了一套适应于页岩气水平井的固井质量评价方法,主要包括CBL-VDL法和RIB法。两种评价方法均能较准确地反映第一、第二界面水泥胶结状况,评价结果能够满足页岩气水平井生产的需要,取得了较好的应用效果,先后有多口井大型压裂后获得高产工业气流。
In this study,two methods to evaluate cementing quality(including CBL-VDl and RIB) were developed for shale-gas horizontal wells based on the analysis on some factors affecting the quality and by means of contrasting some existing and conventional approaches.Those two methods can reflect the first- and second-boundary cementation more accurately,and their evaluation results can meet the demand of shale-gas horizontal-well production.They were applied to many wells and a better result was gained.Meanwhile,after fracturing,high-yield commericial gas was obtained for these wells.
