摘要 页岩气藏因其储层物性差、孔隙度和渗透率低,开采难度较大,大都采用大型压裂技术才能获得产能,这就要求水泥环不仅要有很好的强度,还要有较好的弹塑性和韧性。为此,研制开发了弹塑性材料SFP-1及增韧性材料SFP-2,并对其性能进行了室内测试。在室内试验的基础上,优选出了SFP弹韧性水泥浆体系的配方,室内模拟试验结果表明,该水泥浆具有较好的抗冲击性和较高的柔韧性。该水泥浆在黄页1井Ф139.7 mm生产套管固井中进行了应用,固井施工过程一切顺利,48 h变密度测井检测结果显示,页岩气目的层固井质量优质。 The exploitation of shale gas is more difficult due to its poor reservoir property, poor porosity and low permeability. Large-scale hydraulic fracturing technique was used to obtain productivity, which requires cement sheath having good strength, and elasto-plasticity and toughness. Therefore, the elasto-plastic material SFP-1 and toughness enhancement agent SFP-2 were developed and their performances were measured by lad tests. On the basis of lad tests, the SFP formula was optimized. Lad tests showed that slurry has better impact resistance and higher flexibility. This slurry was used in Well Huangye 1 for 4139.7 mm production casing. 48 h variable density logging results showed that cementing quality were excellent in shale gas reservoir.
