摘要
借鉴发达国家公共体育设施建设的先进经验,结合规范要求和长沙市实际情况,规范长沙市市区公共体育设施配置体系、配置标准与布局模式,以充实长沙市公共设施建设研究体系,为城市其他公共设施专项规划提供具可实施性的规划思路,努力为市民营造幸福城市生活。
With reference of public sports facilities construction from developed countries as well as regulatory requirements and the actual situation of Changsha City, regulating urban norms of public sports facilities allocation system, the configuration and layout mode, to enrich the Changsha Research System on construction of public facilities, to provide special programs which can be implemented with the idea of planning efforts for the public to create a happy city life.
