摘要
本文分析了当下我国少数民族地区双语教师资格制度存在的问题与困境,从多维视角考察了当前美国康乃狄克州双语教师资格制度的成熟经验,提出我国少数民族地区应构建与完善专项"双语教师资格制度",并从双语教师资格的申请程序、考核、时效性等方面进行了政策设计。
This paper analyzed the problems and difficulties that existed in the area ofminority bilingteachers qualification system, investigate mature experience of the United States Connecticut Dick bi-lingual education from a multidimensional perspective, proposed to construct and improve special bilingualteacher qualification system in minority areas in China, and design rules from qualification application pro-cedures, assessment, effectiveness and so on.
