摘要
目的:总结张崇泉教授治疗缺血性中风恢复期的辨证论治规律并探索利用SPSS 16.0分析软件分析名老中医药专家学术经验的新方法。方法:采用SPSS 16.0分析软件,以张崇泉教授治疗缺血性中风恢复期所用单味中药为基础,"以药物测证素"形成不同的证素,进一步采用主成份分析和聚类分析研究证素的组化规律、采用相关分析研究证素组化结果与症状、药物的关系。结论:得到了张崇泉教授辨治缺血性中风恢复期的常见的5种证型以及相应的症状与用药规律。采用SPSS 16.0所得出的统计结果具有良好的可靠性和精准性,同类方法可以推广到类似研究中。
It is significant to research his clinical experience. Objective ：To summarize professor ZHANG Chongquan clinical experience of treating ischemic stroke recovery phase and explore new method of analyzing the academic experience of distinguished veteran doctors with SPSS 16.0 for Windows. Methods ： According to single Chinese herb used by professor ZHANG Chongquan, syndrome elements were found by utilizing the method of syndrome differentiation by drug. And then, the combination regularity of syndrome elements was studied by utilizing the method of principal component analysis and clustering analysis. Finally, the relations between syndrome element combinations and symptom as well as therelations between syndrome element combinations and drug were found. Conclusion：5 patterns of syndrome can be obtained. Meanwhile ,the statistical results are reliable and accurate. The method of utilizing SPSS16.0 for Windows to analyze the academic experience of distinguished veteran doctors can be used for similar study.
