摘要
目的优选宣木瓜总有机酸的提取工艺。方法以宣木瓜总有机酸含量为评价指标,通过单因素试验确定最佳提取溶剂的浓度、提取温度、料液比及提取时间,并在此基础上通过正交试验确定最佳提取工艺参数。结果最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度80%,料液比为1:25,提取温度为90℃,提取时间为3 h,宣木瓜总有机酸的得率为10.46%。结论结果表明,该工艺稳定、可行,适用于工业化生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction of total organic acid from Papaya.Methods The content of total organic acid in Papaya was used as evaluation index.Single factor test was used to determine the best extraction solvent concentration,extract temperature,ratio of material to liquid,extraction time.Orthogonal test was used to determine the best extraction parameters.Results The best extraction technology was 80% ethanol concentration,the ratio of material to liquid was 1 :25,the extraction temperature was 90 ℃,the extraction time was 3 h,and the total organic acid in Papaya was 10.46%.Conclusion The process is stable and feasible for industrialized production.
