摘要
在界定高校内部治理结构的概念、梳理教授治学制度的发展脉络的基础上,对我国高校教授治学制度的实施情况进行了述评,得出了在我国推行教授治学制度是完善高校内部治理结构的必由之路的结论,并从高等教育立法、教授治学途径、学术环境建设、教授自身建设四个方面对我国推行教授治学制度提出了建议。
The paper overviews the implementation of professor＇ s academic governance system in Chinese universities on the basis of defining the concepts of university＇ s internal governance structure and presenting the development of professor＇ s academic governance system. The author concludes that professor＇ s academic governance system is the only way leading to improvement of the internal governance structure of university through the research and he present recommendations to enhance the system of the professor＇ s academic governance with four aspects which are the legislation of higher education, the approaches to professor＇ s academic governance, the construction of academic environment and self-construction of professors.
