摘要
教授治学是建立现代大学制度的需要,是现代大学制度的基本内涵之一。目前,我国高校在实行教授治学方面虽然取得了一些成效,但在推进教授治学过程中也遇到了一系列问题,只有不断探索和建立教授治学的制度模式,积极为教授治学创造条件,切实保障教授治学的真正实施,实现学术权力和行政权力的相对分离,才能更好地建设中国特色现代大学制度,促进我国高等教育事业的蓬勃发展。
Professor doing scholarly research is the requirement from the the modem univercity system ,and the basic content of the modem univercity system as well.Currently,in practise our country has got some successes.However, in promoting the practice we still have a series of problems,and onlywhen we continuously explore and found the system model of professor doing research, actively create conditions, provide gurantee, achieve the relative separation of academic power and administration power can we better build the modem univercity system with Chinese characteristics, and promote the vigorous development of higher education in China.
