摘要
近几年,电子商务蓬勃发展,网络销售和实体店销售双渠道销售蓬勃发展。以双渠道供应链为研究背景,以解决制造商和零售商的双渠道竞争冲突为目的,以促进制造商和零售商的合作共赢为出发点,提出了以提高零售商服务质量为目的的双渠道供应链协调机制,该机制既能维护零售商在制造商开通电子渠道后的基本利益,又能加强零售商提高服务质量的动力,最终实现双方共赢。论文证明了该协调机制的有效性和合理性。
With the development of e-commerce, online sales and store sales shared prosperity. Under the background of dual-channel supply chain, the purpose of the paper is to solve the double channel conflict of manufacturers and retailers, to promote win-win cooperation for manufacturers and retailers. The paper puts forward a effective supply chain coordination mechanism that can not only maintain the basic interests of the retailers after manufactur- ers opening electronic channels, and can stimulate retailers to improve the service quality. The mechanism can help manufacturers and retailers to achieve the win-win situation. The paper proved the validity and rationality of the coordination mechanism.
