5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗难治愈重度痤疮1例

摘要 报告1例5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-ALA-PDT)治疗难治愈重度痤疮。患者男,17岁,因"反复面部丘疹3年,加重3月"就诊。患者皮疹特点:双侧面颊部大片红斑、丘疹、结节、脓疱、囊肿伴糜烂、溢脓及结痂等,在外院经多次传统药物治疗均无明显效果。符合难治愈重度痤疮诊断。5%浓度5-ALA光动力疗法治疗6次后获得理想效果。
