摘要
目的:评估含木瓜蛋白酶及马齿苋医学护肤品(商品名:薇诺娜清痘修复精华液)辅助治疗寻常痤疮的有效性和安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机、自身对照的临床试验方法,对110例寻常痤疮患者进行痤疮分级后,给予薇诺娜清痘修复精华液外用于面部,每日2次,连续使用1个月。在治疗前及治疗后7、14、28 d分别对患者进行随访,对皮损消退情况、皮肤状况进行评估,并评价患者对该产品使用的满意度及安全性。结果:共观察病例110例,脱落2例。使用护肤品28 d后,皮损有明显改善(P<0.05),炎性皮损减退率高于非炎性皮损,两者差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。患者皮肤平整性由治疗前的1.1%上升到25.3%,治疗前后比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2例患者出现不良反应,主要有轻微红斑、瘙痒、干燥及刺痛,但均为一过性。结论:薇诺娜清痘修复精华液辅助治疗寻常痤疮皮损效果好,无严重不良反应,值得临床推广应用。
Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of skin care products containing papain and purslane （trade names： winona clear pox repaired essence） in the adjuvant therapy of acne vulgaris. Methods： A multi-center, randomly and self-controlled trial was conducted. After the grading among 110 patients with acne vulgaris, Winona clear pox repaired essence was applied on the face of them, twice daily, for 1 month. The patients were followed up before the treatment and on the day 7, 14, and 28 after the initiation of treatment to evaluate the subside of skin lesions, the skin condition, the satisfaction among the patients and the safety of the product. Results： The skin lesions were significant improved in 108 out of 110 patients, after the application of the product for 28 days（P〈0.05）. Two patients were lost to follow-up. The decline of inflammatory skin lesions was statistically better than that of non-inflammatory ones（P〈 0.05）. The number of smoothness of skin was promoted from 1.1% to 25.3% after treatmnt （P〈0.05）. The adverse reactions were seen in 2 patients, which were transient mild erythema, pruritus, dry and sting. Conclusion： Winona clear pox repaired essence is effective in acne vulgaris, without serious adverse reactions.
