摘要
在机载测试工程领域中,要保证压电加速度传感器测得的数据可靠,需要在传感器校准、电缆布设、传感器安装、数据采集记录等方面给予质量保证。由于飞机翼尖局部无法直接安装压电加速度传感器用以测量法向振动,通常的做法是把压电加速度传感器安装在直角转接支架上,这样做是否能够测得飞机翼尖的真实振动量,是主要探讨的内容。
In the airborne test engineering field,to ensure that the piezoelectric acceleration sensor data need to be reliable,quality assurance in the aspect of sensor calibration,cable laying,installation of sensors,data acquisition and recording etc..Because the wingtip local cannot install the piezoelectric accelerometer is used to measure the vertical vibration,the general practice is to the accelerometer is installed in the right angled bracket.This paper mainly discusses the content is whether the vibration wingtip can real measured by this method.
