摘要
本文聚羧酸减水剂大单体的合成研究,结果表明,PEG400与MAA官能团摩尔比1∶2.5、酯化反应温度95℃、反应5 h、p-TSA用量为2%、HQ用量1%,单酯化率高达98.6%;大单体合成的减水剂性能测试中,减水剂掺入量0.2%,测得初始净浆流动度为280 mm,60 min后为220 mm,检测结果符合国标GB/T8077-2000。
Study on the synthesis of macromer for polycarboxylate superplasticizer show single esterification rate as high as 98.6%. It was the process parameters that the molar ratio of PEG400 alcohol and MAA acid functional group was 1 : 2.5, the reaction temperature was 95 ℃, the amount of catalyst p- TSA was 2%, the reaction time was 5 h, the amount of inhibitor HQ was 1%. When Superplasticizer synthesized by the macromer was 0.2% the initial paste fluidity is 280 mm, 60 min paste fluidity is 220 mm. The results meet the national standard GB/TS077-2000.
