摘要
通过对典型少数民族村寨旅游地的研究发现,旅游开发背景下农民组织化能够促使农民增强参与旅游业的能力,总体上提高少数民族地区的社会资本存量,同时使农民个体获得较为公平的发展机会,从而促进民族地区旅游业的可持续发展。
Through the study of tourist destinations in typical ethnic villages, it is discovered that farmer organizations under the background of tourism development can promote their ability to participate in the tourism industry, but also increase the society capital in ethnic areas, while the individual farmer can obtain the development chance fairly, so as to promote the sustainable development of tourism in ethnic areas.
