摘要
脑卒中具有高发病率、高致死率和致残率的特点,是当今危害人类生命健康的主要疾病之一。随着缺血性卒中发生机制研究的不断深入,目前已有大量研究详细阐述了缺血性卒中发生、发展的机制,该文将根据新近研究结果,对缺血性卒中发生过程中的一系列病理生理级联效应进行综述,深入理解和运用这些研究结果有利于缺血性卒中的预防、治疗和改善预后。
Stroke,with the features of high morbidity,lethality and disability rate,is one of main diseases that imperiled human life and health.As the research of the mechanisms of stroke deepened,there were mass of research elaborating on the mechanisms of stroke.According to those latest results,we will review the pathophysiological cascading effects involving in the occurrence and progression of stroke,so as to further understand and apply such results in the prevention,treatment and improving prognosis of ischemia stroke.
