摘要
目的探讨影响出院精神分裂症患者生活质量的因素,对患者及家属进行相应的家庭教育,提高患者的生活质量和社会功能。方法将康复出院精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组与对照组,对干预组制订个体化的康复训练计划,对其家属实施为期3个月的家庭教育,随访1年后,应用生活质量综合评定问卷对干预组及对照组进行评定。结果干预组的总体生活质量及躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能均较对照组好,物质生活方面两组无显著性差异。结论精神分裂症患者的生活质量涉及到心身健康多个方面,家庭教育有助于增进患者自我照顾能力,减缓精神分裂症患者的功能衰退,提高生活质量和社会功能。
Objective To investigate the impact factors of quality of life of discharged schizophrenia patients, carry out the associated family education towards patients and their family members, and improve the quality of life and social function for them. Methods Discharged schizophrenia patients had been randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. Patients in the intervention group were treated with individual planning for rehabilitation training, while their family members received associated family education lasting 3 months. Generic quality of life inventory was applied to evaluate the general condition of patients of two groups. Results The general quality of life, somatic, psychological and social function of intervention group significantly improved compared with those of the control group, while no significant difference was observed in the material life quality. Conclusions The quality of life of schizophrenia patient is involved with psychological and somatic aspects. The family education can contribute to enhance the self-management of patients, alleviate the functional decline and improve life and social qualities for them.
