摘要
研究了用AAS法测定纯铪中痕量元素钠。优化了原子吸收光谱测量条件,研究了酸及其用量,基体铪对测定钠的影响,编制了分析方法。测量钠的相对标准偏差不大于5.18%,测定范围为0.001%~0.005%,方法检出限为0.0041μg/m L。结果表明,本法不仅准确可靠而且简便快速。
A method for the determination of trace Na in pure hafnium by AAS was developed .The meas-uring conditions of AAS were optimized .The influences of the amount of acid ,and hafnium on the deter-mination of Na in pure rhenium were investigated .The relative standard deviations of the results obtained by the method were less than 5 .18% ,the appropriate concertration range was 0.001%-0.005% and the detection limit was 0.0041μg · mL -1 .
