摘要
利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)法测定铼滤饼中铼,样品经氧化镁、氧化锌烧结,热水浸提过后,用氧化氢处理采用ICP-AES测定。对不同焙烧溶剂、焙烧条件及仪器测定条件进行了优化。在最优条件下,铼的检出限可以低至0.0090μg/mL,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)≤3.07%,回收率在95.7%~106.7%之间,适合铼滤饼中铼的测定。
A new method for the determination of Re in rhenium concentrate was developed through inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The sample was detect by ICP after sintering with magnesium oxide and extracting by hot water.Meanwhile,the assay conditions were optimized.Under the optimized condition,the method exhibited excellent low detection limit of 0.0090μg/mL,and RSD of 3.07%(n=11).Furthermore,the recovery values range from 91.7%to 99.8%,which all verify that the method was potentially applicable for practical detection in rhenium concentrate.
