摘要
文章选取美国国会图书馆等8所美国公共图书馆为调查对象,从网站设计、整体布局、服务内容三个方面对公共图书馆网站内容进行解读与分析,以期寻找美国公共图书馆服务的成功所在,从致力于多元化的人本发展、保障服务的统一与连续、服务内容的细节化三个方面积极指导我国图书馆建设之路。
The article makes a survey of the websites of the Library of Congress and other eight American public libraries, and analyzes them from the aspects of website designs, overall layouts, and service contents, aiming at finding their secrets of success, including devoting to multiple people-oriented development, providing the unified and continuous services and paying attention to the details of the service contents, which can be helpful for the development of domestic libraries.
