摘要
美国在隐私保护方面一直走在世界的前列。笔者在此介绍了目前世界上最大的图书馆———美国国会图书馆的概况及其隐私政策,对其政策内容进行了分析,总结出读者隐私政策应包含的内容,希望对国内图书馆制定读者隐私保护政策有所帮助。
The United States has been walking in the forefront of the world in privacy protection. This paper introduces the general situation and privacy policy of the library of congress, which is the largest library in the world, analyses the policy content, and summarizes what should be included in the readers＇ privacy policy. I hope that there are some enlightenments for the libraries of our country to make the privacy policy.
