摘要
新医改形势下,随着城乡居民基本医疗卫生服务均等化的逐步实现,医疗需求不断释放,就医患者大幅增加,医疗卫生机构发展迅速,临床用血需求不断加大,采供血机构面临巨大压力和严峻挑战。本文就山东省采供血机构发展现状和面临困境进行了阐述,对推动采供血机构可持续发展的对策进行探讨,提出强化政府推进模式、增加人员编制、优化设备及房屋配置、加大经费投入、完善信息化建设等具体措施。
Equalization of basic health care for urban and rural residengts has been realized grandually under the new health care reform which leads to a big increase in health care demands and attending patients. Medical institutions develope rapidly and the clinical blood requirement grows constantly. Blood bnaks are facing huge pressure and serious chanllenge. We described the developemnt status and related difficulties of blood banks in Shandong and discuss the strategy for sustainable developemnt. We should strengthen govermental promotion, elevate staffing level, optimize equipment and housing allocation, increase investment and improve the information construction.
