摘要
目前,我国的重型肝炎(重肝)虽然治疗水平有很大提高,但生存率也仅为10%～40%.因此,重肝的防治,仍是现今肝病研究的重大课题.就重肝的研究进展作一综述.
Nowadays, although the therapeutic lever of fulminant hepatitis in our country, has got great improvement, the survival rate of fulminant hepatitis is only 10%～40%. So the prevention and therapy of fulminant hepatitis is still a very important problem. The basic research on liver failure is reviewed in the paper.
