摘要
采用等体积浸渍法制备了一系列不同NiO含量的Ni-W体系催化剂,用于绥中36-1原油减三线馏分油的加氢脱酸反应,对催化剂的加氢反应工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明,NiO含量(w)为4.9%时催化剂活性最佳,较佳的反应工艺条件为反应温度315℃、反应压力3.2MPa、氢油体积比300、体积空速1.5h-1,在该条件下可将原料油的酸值由3.48mgKOH/g降到0.05mgKOH/g以下。并对催化剂进行2 000h的稳定性试验,结果表明,催化剂活性稳定,相比参比催化剂,反应条件更为缓和、裂解反应程度低。
A series of Ni-W based catalysts with different NiO content were prepared by incipient wetness method for hydro-deacidification of Suizhong 36-1crude third line vacuum distillate.The effect of operating conditions was investigated.The test results show that the optimum NiO content is around 4.9%.At the conditions of 315℃,3.2MPa,hydrogen to oil space ratio 300,and volume space velocity 1.5h-1,the acid value of SZ36-1third line vacuum distillate is reduced to 0.05mgKOH/g from 3.48 mgKOH/g of feed.A long term stability test for more than 2 000his conducted.The results indicate that compared with reference catalyst,the catalyst prepared has a lower cracking degree and is more stable under the moderate conditions.
