延安地区智障儿的染色体与微核检查分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析智力障碍与个体染色体异常及细胞微核发生的关系。方法应用细胞遗传学方法分别制备智力低下儿和正常儿童的淋巴细胞染色体标本,检测核型和微核率。结果 36例智障儿中,共检出11例染色体异常核型,检出率为30.56%;其微核发生率为13.89%,正常对照组为2.93%,差异均具有显著性(P<0.01)。结论儿童智力障碍的方式可能与染色体的异常和微核的发生有关。 Objective: To studies on the cause of mental retardation and the chromosome aberration and cell micronucleus rate changes in the children of mental retardation. Methods: The routine techniques of G banding were used to analyse the chromosomal numbers and structure of peripheral lymphocyto cultivation of the children of mental retardation and normal children, analysis on karyotype and detect on cell micronuclear rate. Results: Among the 36 cases with mental retardation children, chromosomal abnormal karyotypes were found 11 cases (30.56%) . The micronucleus rate was 13.89% for mental retardation children, but 2.93% for normal people (P〈0.01) . These results showed that the observed frequencies were significantly higher than those of the normal people. Conclusion: The relation between children of mental retardatiori and chromosomes aberration and micronucleus formation.
