摘要
生物柴油产业的发展提供了大量潜在廉价甘油副产品。甘油可制备低聚甘油,应用于食品、化妆品、医药、日化等领域。该文以甘油和缩水甘油为原料,在强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化作用下合成低聚甘油。通过正交试验优化反应参数,研究反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类及用量、底物摩尔比(甘油与缩水甘油摩尔比)对低聚甘油产量的影响。得到最优反应条件为:反应温度110℃、反应时间3 h、催化剂用量3 wt%(占底物总质量)、底物摩尔比1∶2。在此条件下低聚甘油的平均产率为69.22%。利用分子蒸馏对产物进行纯化,得到93.07%的高纯度低聚甘油产品。
The boost of biodiesel industry provides a large amount of potentially inexpensive glycerol byproduct,which can further be used to prepare oligomerized polyglycerol for applications in food, cosmetics,medicine,daily chemistry etc. Here the synthesis of oligomerized polyglycerol was investigated using strongly acidic cationic exchange resin by ring-opening reaction of glycidol with glycerol. The reaction conditions studied include temperature,time,type and amount of catalysis,and the molar ratio of glycerol to glycidol. Orthogonal test was applied to optimize the reaction parameters, and the optimum conditions were 110 ℃,3 h of reaction time,3 wt%(of the substrates mass)of the catalysis dosage and 1∶2 of the molar ratio of glycerol to glycidol. Under these conditions,the average yield was 69.22%. With a further purification by molecular distillation,the oligomerized polyglycerol product obtained achieved a purity of 93.07%.
