摘要
为解决传统的复杂参数曲面五轴加工中所存在的效率和精度不高的问题,提出了一种基于STEP-NC的NURBS曲面五轴加工刀具轨迹生成技术。采用STEP-NC的数据格式描述复杂NURBS参数曲面,在此基础上采用等残留高度法对五轴加工刀具轨迹进行了规划,包括刀轨行距的计算,刀具轨迹的生成等任务。采用加工试验的方式对本文方法进行了验证,并与传统方法进行对比分析。试验结果表明,新方法能够提高复杂参数曲面的加工效率和表面加工质量。
In order to solve the problem of low machining efficiency and precision in five axis machining of traditional complex parameters surface, a NURBS surface five - axis machining tool path generation technique based on STEP - NC was proposed. The STEP - NC data format to describe complex NURBS parameters surface, on the basis of this, the iso - scallop height method was used to plan the five axis machining tool path, including the calculation of cutter location space and the generation of tool path. The machining experiment was used to verify the method, and the contrast analysis has carried on with traditional methods. The experimental results show that this method can improve the efficiency of complex pa- rameters surface machining, and surface machining quality.
