摘要
ANSYS软件可以模拟对焊法兰在油淬过程中各部温度随时间的变化云图,通过建立对焊法兰有限元模型,经分析计算,可得出淬火后各部分的组织及分布,对回火时得到所需要的回火组织和消除内应力提供重要的理论依据。
The ANSYS software can simulate the variation oftemperature with time of each parts of the welding neck flange. Through the establishment of the welding neck flange′s finite element model and through calculation and analysis ,the organiza-tionsof each part and its distributions can be obtained after quenching ,and it provides an important theoretical basis to obtain the required tempered structure and eliminating stress.
