摘要
抚-鲅线中间站2号主输泵为MSD8×10×13B3STAGE型双吸式离心泵,运行中发生接管法兰焊缝开裂失效,造成泄漏。通过对焊缝开裂泄漏原因进行分析,认为在生产运行过程中,工作压力波动、高速流体冲击、机械振动等因素导致局部应力集中,并在焊缝的的薄弱环节发生了应力疲劳开裂,从而造成了泄漏。采用了置入加强套管的方法,堵漏成功,泵运行正常。
The main pump for Fu-Ba Pipeline is MSD8×10×13Bdouble-suction centrifugal pump.During its operation,the nozzle flange weld cracked and caused failure of the pump,which resulted in leakage.This paper analyzed the leakage reasons caused by weld cracking and considered that during the process of production and operation,the working pressure fluctuation,high-speed fluid shock,mechanical vibration and other factors could lead to local stress concentration.Stress fatigue cracking occurred in the weak link of the weld and caused leakage.Strengthened casing welding was adopted,which blocked the leakage successfully and ensured the normal operation of the pump.
