摘要
珠海歌剧院大剧院施工时,采用设置2台重型塔式起重机、分段吊装的施工方案。因主结构超高,结合结构布置情况和现场条件,重型塔式起重机需附着于主结构上。分析了重型塔式起重机附着于柔性钢结构的设计要点和计算方法,建议以附着点最大水平位移为控制基准,判定重型塔式起重机附着于柔性结构协同工作的可行性。建议从严制定作业标准和控制指标,以保证施工过程的安全性。
During the construction of Zhuhai Opera House, it applies two heavy-duty tower cranes to erect the steel structure in sections. In consideration of the over-height main structure combined with the structure layout and site conditions, the tower cranes have to be attached to main structures. After analyzing the design features and calculation method regarding the heavy-duty tower crane to be attached to the flexible steel structures, the author determines the feasibility of tower crane attached to the flexible structures on basis of the maximum horizontal displacement of attachment point to be taken as control benchmark. The paper also suggests that the working standard and controlling index should be strict enough to guarantee the safety during construction proceeds.
