摘要
北京奥林匹克公园瞭望塔工程是超高层柔性钢结构,由塔座、塔身和塔冠3部分组成,整个平面由5个直径6.5~14m的塔组成。工期紧,工程量大,结构复杂,安装、焊接防护要求高。笔者分塔身、塔冠施工两个阶段对施工过程中的主要安全防护风险进行分析。塔冠施工时主要阐述的大部分技术措施与塔身施工时相同,在作业面防护上采用了专用的操作平台。提出安全技术措施与现场安全管理并重,才能保证施工安全。
Lookout Tower in Beijing Olympic Park is super high flexible steel structure,which is composed of tower base,tower body and tower crown,and it includes five towers with different diameters among 6.5m and 14m.This project has characteristics of large engineering quantity,complex structure,high requirements for installation and welding protection.The main safety protection risks according to tower body and crown construction are analyzed.During construction of the tower crown,the main treatment measures are similar to that of tower body,and special operation platform is used.It is pointed out that safety measures and management measures should be applied at the same time.
