摘要
型钢-混凝土组合箱梁具有承载力高、刚度大、抗震性能好、施工快速方便等显著优点,在钢结构工程中得到越来越广泛的应用,科学、有效地控制施工关键工序是保证工程质量的关键所在。以珠海十字门中央商务区会展商务组团一期展览中心宴会厅2层平台梁钢结构施工为背景,对大跨度开、闭口型钢-混凝土组合箱梁施工过程中所涉及的运输、吊装、焊接、卸载、施工流程等一系列施工技术进行了总结,详细介绍了关键施工工艺。
Steel reinforced concrete box-shaped beam has significant advantages of high bearing capacity, high stiffness, good seismic performance, quick and convenient construction. It is more and more widely used in steel structure engineering. How to control the key process of construction scientifically and effectively is the key to guarantee the project quality. Taking the steel structure construction of the box- shaped beam on the second floor of the exhibition center hall, which is located at the first phase exhibition of convention ＆ exhibition business groups in the central business district （CBD） of Zhuhai Cross Gate, as the background, this paper makes a conclusion for a series of construction techniques involved in the process of open ＆ closed steel reinforced concrete composite box-shaped beam, such as transportation and hoisting, welding, unloading, construction process, and so on. The key construction is introduced in detail.
