摘要
杭州奥体博览城主体育场看台平面近似椭圆形,外圈周长近1 000m,总建筑面积约21万m2,拥有观众固定座席80 912座。下部混凝土结构采用框架-剪力墙结构体系,部分框架及剪力墙端柱内置型钢,未设永久缝,结构超长、超限。上部钢结构罩棚最大悬挑长度52.5m,采用径向悬挑空间管桁架+环向弦支单层网壳结构受力体系,通过上下支座支承于下部混凝土结构柱顶。重点介绍本工程结构体系、结构构成、结构设计的关键技术难点及相应的专项研究分析处理方法。
The main stadium stands of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Expo Center is approximately oval shaped in plan, the outer perimeter is about 1 000m, the gross area is 210 000m^2 and it has 80 912 fixed audience seats in total. Concrete structure adopts frame-shear wall system, and profile steel is embedded in some of frames and shear walls. None permanent structural joints are provided of the structure, and it is therefore an out of gauge over length structure. The maximum cantilever length of steel roof is 52.5m, using the structural system of radial cantilevered space tube truss combined with circumferential chord supported single-layer reticulated shell, supported on the reinforced concrete column through upper and lower bearings. The paper primarily presents the structural system, structural form, key technical difficulties and measures for relevant specialized studies and analysis.
