摘要
针对非物质文化遗产保护的"原生态保护论"与"生产性保护论"的争论,在总结陕西省渭南市非物质文化遗产保护与公共文化服务联动互促实践经验的基础上提出"服务性保护论",即通过建立非物质文化遗产保护与公共文化服务联动互促机制,实现二者的相互融合,在公共文化服务中实现非物质文化遗产保护。最后,就如何建构非物质文化遗产保护与公共文化服务联动互促机制提出了政策建议。
In view of the two main viewpoints of ＂productive protection＂ and ＂original ecology protection＂ on protecting intangible cultural heritage, this paper raises a new notion ＂service protection＂ , which is based on summarizing the experience of intangible cultural heritage protection and public cultural service promoting each other in Weinan City of Shanxi Province. The view of ＂service protection＂ holds that intangible cultural heritage protection and public cultural service can have a mutually promoting relationship through establishment of a linkage mechanism. Finally, it puts forward policy suggestions on how to establish a mechanism to realize the linkage and mutual promotion of intangible cultural heritage protection and public cultural service.
