摘要
高校就业工作是一项系统工程,通过分析当前高校毕业生就业难的起因和地方高校师范生的就业现状,深入剖析地方师范院校就业指导工作存在的问题,从思路、内容、特色三方面提出地方高校师范生全程化就业指导的新模式,阐述了模式分阶段指导内容和特色,对地方高校师范生就业指导有较好的参考作用。
The jobtaking for higher education graduates is a systematic project. This paper analyzes the difficulties of the jobtaking for higher education graduates, the employment situation of normal students and the problems of the jobtaking in depth. It puts forward a new model of local normal universities full process guidance in jobtaking, expounds guidance contents and characteristics of the stages and has a good reference of local normal universities guidance in jobtaking.
