6味酸性中药对急性糖尿病小鼠肝脏氧化应激及病理改变的影响 被引量:12

Effect for Six Kinds of Sour- Flavor Traditional Chinese Medicines on Oxidative Stress and Pathological State on Liver of Diabetic Mice

摘要 目的 6味酸性中药对STZ致糖尿病小鼠肝脏氧化应激及病理状态改变的作用评价。方法以五味子,金樱子,乌梅,山楂,山茱萸,白芍6味酸性中药为研究对象,以链尿佐菌素(STZ)致小鼠高血糖(>11.1 mmoL·L-1)为糖尿病动物模型。以盐酸二甲双胍组(250 mg·kg-1)为阳性对照、各个药物组(10 g·kg-1)给药21 d,考察酸性中药对糖尿病小鼠血糖、肝糖原、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、脏器系数及肝脏病理的影响。结果与模型组比较,给药组均能降低STZ糖尿病小鼠空腹血糖量,升高肝糖原含量及肝匀浆中谷胱甘肽(GSH)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC),其中盐酸二甲双胍组、五味子组、金樱子组、山茱萸组对STZ致急性糖尿病小鼠肝脏病理状态作用明显。结论酸性药物五味子、金樱子、山茱萸能明显改善肝脏氧化应激及肝病的病理状态。 Objective Assessment about effect for six kinds of sour - flavor traditional chinese medicines on oxidative stress and pathological state on liver of diabetic mice. Methods The sour - flavor herbs of Chinese Magnoliavine, Cherokee Rose, Dark Plum Fruit, Hawthorn Fruit, Common Macrocarpium Fruit, White Paeony Root for the study to streptozotocin (STZ) induced hyperglyce- mia ( 〉 11. lmmoL ~ L-I ) for diabetes model animals . Metformin hydrochloride group (250 mg ~ kg-1 ) as a positive control, Each tested group administered doselOg ~ kg -~ , Continuous administration 21 days,investigate effect about the sour- flavor herbs for diabetes blood glucose, glycogen, glutathione (GSH), total antioxidant capacity (T -AOC) , organ coefficient and liver patholo- gy. Results Compared with model group, Subjects administered group could reduce the amount of fasting glucose, elevated liver glycogen and liver homogenates of glutathione ( GSH), total antioxidant capacity ( T - AOC), effect of Chinese Magnoliavine, Cher- okee Rose, Hawthorn Fruit was significantly. Conclusion Sour - flavor herbs Chinese Magnoliavine, Cherokee Rose, Hawthorn Fruit can significantly improve liver oxidative stress and pathological states.
