摘要
莠去津是农田广泛应用的内吸性高效除草剂,通过研究莠去津对糜子生长发育的影响,探讨其在糜子上的安全性及适宜的施用剂量。在糜子播后苗前、1~2叶期、3~4叶期、5~6叶期等4个时期,喷施不同浓度的莠去津,对处理后糜子的形态和生理指标的影响进行研究,结果表明,播后土壤封闭对糜子生长影响最小的浓度是1700~2080g a.i/hm^2。在苗期的3个处理时期,3~4叶期处理对糜子的生长发育影响最小,1~2叶期次之,5—6叶期最敏感,3—4叶期是苗期处理的适宜时期,适宜处理浓度为1420~1700g a.i/hm^2。不同浓度莠去津在不同时期对不同性状影响程度分析表明,蒸腾速率反应最为敏感,其次是鲜重,叶绿素含量和株高则相对迟钝,因此,蒸腾速率和鲜重可考虑作为糜子试验莠去津敏感性的测定指标。
Atrazine is one kind of herbicides that shows effectiveness and is widely used. This research tested the effect of the atrazine on the growth and development of broomcorn millet, and also investigated the security application and appropriate dosages. The effects of atrazine at different concentrations on the morphological and physiological traits of broomcorn millet were studied at different developmental stages such as after sowing, 1 - 2 leaf stage, 3 - 4 leaf stage, and 5 - 6 leaf stage. The result showed that the soil cover after sowing treatment showed minimal impact on broomcorn millet, and was the preferred treatment. The appropriate concentration was 1 700 -2 080g a. i/hm^2. In seedling stage treatments ,3 -4 leaf stage treatment showed minimum impact on the growth and development of broomcorn millet, followed by the 1 - 2 leaf stage treatment,5 - 6 leaf stage treatment showed the most sensitive effect. So,3 -4 leaf stage was the right time to perform the treatment. And the suitable dosage for processing was 1 420 - 1 700g a. i/hm^2. The results also showed that the most sensitive reaction was the transpiration rate, followed by the fresh weight, the chlorophyll content, and the plant height. So the transpiration rate and fresh weight could be used as indexes for testing of broomcorn millet sensitivity to atrazine.
