摘要
针对居民健康卡植入CA证书后从生产、发放、使用的整个生命周期管理,并结合"中国医科大学第一医院电子认证项目"的实践成果,提出一种医疗数据无纸化解决模型,基于CA认证技术实现知情文书等医疗数据的安全性和无纸化处理的需求。
This paper introduces the management of Residents Health Card throughout the entire life cycle such as the implantation of CA certificate, production, distribution and utilization. Combining with the practice of＂The First Hospital of China Medical University Electronic Authentication Program＂, this paper proposed a paperless medical data solving model. This model aims to improve the security of information documents based on CA technologies and to meet the requirement of paperless processing.
