摘要
目的:研究抵当颗粒剂体外抗凝血与抗血栓的活性,探讨其活血化瘀的药效作用。方法:采用家兔血浆复钙时间法、凝血酶时间法及体外抗血栓法、全血血块法,对不同浓度的抵当颗粒剂进行体外抗凝血与体外抗血栓活性的测定。结果:不同浓度的抵当颗粒剂均能延长家兔血浆复钙时间及凝血酶时间,加快全血凝块的溶解,具有抗血栓形成的作用。并且,随着浓度的增大作用越强。结论:抵当颗粒剂具有较强的体外抗凝血与抗血栓作用,且具有剂量依赖性。
Objective:To study Didang granules on vitro anticoagulant and antithrombotic activity and to explore the effect of Didang granules .Methods:Adopt rabbit plasma recalcification time , thrombin time method and in vitro anti thrombus , blood clot method , different concentrations of Didang granules for determination of antico-agulant and antithrombotic activity in vitro .Results:Different concentrations of Didang granules could prolong the rabbit plasma recalcification time and thrombin time , and could accelerate the dissolution , anti thrombosis and blood clot in vitro and with the increase of concentration the effect was stronger .Conclusion:Didang gran-ules have a good effect on vitro anticoagulant and antithrombotic activity , and with the increase of concentra-tion the effect is stronger with dose -dependent .
